With Doom Eternal‘s launch steadily approaching on PC, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Xbox One, developer id Software has released the full specs required to run the fast-paced shooter on PC via Steam.

Since Doom Eternal’s coming to PC toward the end of March, and because it’s an incredibly fast first-person shooter that requires constant awareness, you may be wondering what specifications are required to run the game. It’s worth noting that the minimum specs will get you an experience that runs at 1080p and 60 frames per second on low-quality settings, while recommended runs at 1440p and 60 frames per second on high-quality settings. Further, the minimum GPUs are what was necessary to run 2016’s Doom on the recommended settings.

We recently went hands-on with Doom Eternal’s new multiplayer game type called Battlemode. Editor Michael Higham walked away very impressed with the experience, saying, “Battlemode is an inventive take on asymmetrical multiplayer not just because it breaks new ground, but because it’s so close to what Doom does best.”
