That’s true, next year games are the ones that are going to be hit the hardest with delays.
I still think that some things might be delayed for this year launch of both consoles, first party and third party wise, usually the last 6 months of development are spent on polishing and I would gladly wait 1 or 2 more months rather than get a bunch of buggy, broken games that need to be patched for months.
At the same time I have a huge backlog of games, so for me it is easier to wait, the one thing I cannot wait until next gen for is reduced load times and all around QoL improvements to the actual console.
