I would question the validity of those claims. There’s no way that would erase anything.
Also:
“I’m in US and mine are all gone it happened when I bought payday 2 and it said error occurred after buying it then I restarted my ps4 and tried to download it and that didn’t work and I went to restore licenses and the error ce-42739-5 popped up and soon after my purchased section went to 0
Edit: it is now working I restored my licenses and my games are back yay!”
Edit:
I have also had it where that lock has appeared, and all I did was click on the game, and it disappeared, so it could just be a weird blip for some, and could account for why restoring doesn’t work (because there’s nothing wrong to begin with).
