A day after OnePlus co-founders teased “new beginnings” on Twitter, the company has announced that it is bringing the flagship experience to a more affordable smartphone product line. The new product line will be targeted at consumers looking for a solid smartphone at an accessible price point.
While OnePlus hasn’t revealed much about its upcoming affordable smartphone, it says the phone will first be launched in Europe and India. The company will be bringing “more affordable smartphones” to North America as well. Whether that means the rumored OnePlus Z/OnePlus Nord will not be sold in the U.S., is something that remains to be seen.
