Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra specs leak is bad news for iPhone 12

Last week, we got our best look yet at Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 20, thanks to a 360-degree render of the phone shared by well-known leaker Evan Blass. The complete specs sheet of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has now surfaced online, along with renders showing the phone in Mystic Bronze and Mystic Black colors.

According to German tech publication WinFuture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a massive 6.9-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate, WQHD+ resolution, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7 protection. Under the hood will be an Exynos 990 processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. In North America, however, the phone is expected to feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865+ chipset instead.

The Note 20 Ultra will have a triple-camera setup at the rear, featuring a 108MP main sensor with dual-pixel and laser autofocus. The upcoming flagship will also include a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 12MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom. Unlike the Galaxy S20 Ultra, however, the Note 20 Ultra will only offer up to 50x digital zoom.

To make the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra appealing to gamers, Samsung has apparently tied up with Microsoft to optimize cloud gaming on the flagship phone via “Project xCloud.” With Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass, Note 20 Ultra users will be able to access more than 90 games at launch.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will also have a 4,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging, a USB-C 3.2 port, Wi-Fi 6 support, AKG-tuned stereo speakers, an improved S Pen with 9ms latency, and IP68 water resistance. On the software front, the phone will run Android 10-based One UI 2.5. As suggested by a recent leak, it will come with a new Wireless DeX feature, allowing you to enjoy a desktop experience without any wires.
