I don’t understand why it wasn’t in development this entire time with the first part. All the tools are already there, the combat system is already done, the foundation for the plot was done over a decade ago, just build the scene, do the voice work, and add the new missions / additional content.
This should be near DLC level, and it should be releasing Spring 2021.
