Nintendo are so behind in online gaming only because of their own stubbornness and lack of caring to integrate into an online world. They don’t even try for the most part. As for graphics, Nintendo stopped trying to compete years ago and would rather make unique experience games that don’t rely on heavy power. The Switch isn’t that powerful, but it’s a great piece of hardware. They wouldn’t be able to make it portable or as small if they tried to make it stronger.
