If you loved Season 1 of the Star Wars series The Mandalorian, and you can’t wait for more, you’re in luck. Season 2 of Disney+’s hit original is almost here. But when does this show air and what’s the best way to watch it?

Season 2 of The Mandalorian is just days away from hitting TV screens across the world. Episode 1 lands on Disney+ on Friday, October 30. While a specific time has not been revealed for when the episode will drop. With Season 1, episodes arrived on the streaming service at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET, so unless you live on the West Coast, the show will be hitting your TV screen really early in the morning.

After Episode 1 launches on October 30, new episodes will arrive on the streaming service every Friday. The season finale will hit Disney+ on December 18. Below, you will find the full release schedule for Season 2 of The Mandalorian.

The Mandalorian Season 2 Release Schedule (2020)

  • Episode 1: Friday, October 30
  • Episode 2: Friday, November 6
  • Episode 3: Friday, November 13
  • Episode 4: Friday, November 20
  • Episode 5: Friday, November 27
  • Episode 6: Friday, December 4
  • Episode 7: Friday, December 11
  • Episode 8 (season finale): Friday, December 18

Obviously, the only way to watch The Mandalorian is on Disney+. The streaming service costs $7 a month or $70 a year. Disney+ features classic movies from the House of Mouse, along with a large archive of TV shows and movies from Star Wars, Marvel, and much more.

Or you can bundle Disney+ with ESPN+ and an ad-supported Hulu for $13 a month. Both ESPN+ and the ad-supported version of Hulu are $6 a month individually. So you’re getting $6 off a month if you get all three.

Not a lot is known about Season 2 of The Mandalorian–aside from what we’ve seen in the trailers. However, there are a few things we’re expecting to see. There are plenty of new toys coming out for the new season, including a moving Baby Yoda plush–because why not?
