Jesse Norris: “The incredible highs outweigh the occasional lows. This game would have been a 10 if it had been more properly managed and released in a truly finished state. As is, it is still one of the best open-world RPGs I have ever played. The graphics, gameplay, story, and audio are all at the top of the industry. If you are on PC or have a next-gen console Cyberpunk 2077 is an easy recommendation.”
