Jacob S. from Link Cable Gaming writes: “For years now, Monster Hunter fans have been asking for Capcom to bring its big-game hunting series to Nintendo’s hybrid device and seeing the success of its PS4, Xbox One, and PC counterpart with Monster Hunter: World only pushed the demand for a portable title even further. Now, four years after the Switch’s release, we finally get to see what a Monster Hunter experience would look like on Nintendo’s newest home console and for the most part, it’s just as all of us fans had dreamed of. While it does suffer from a few Nintendo-esq quirks and it doesn’t fully push the envelope, Monster Hunter: Rise is still a truly outstanding experience.”
