Sleep in your ship to regain health. Sometimes it’s not possible to get back to the ship though. I also did this once and my Heath didn’t regain fully, but maybe I had a parasite on me? Anyways, you don’t lose progress for sleeping in Helios and upgraded health is a life saver, kinda lame tip. Here’s one I haven’t seen anywhere—some walls are breakable, found some in large fight rooms, look close
