What: Love Island Season 7

Where to watch: Hulu or ITV Hub with a VPN

Premiere date: June 28, 2021

After skipping summer 2020 due to the pandemic, Love Island UK is finally back with Season 7. But if you’re in the U.S., you’ve had to wait even longer for the episodes to become available to you. If you’ve been avoiding the internet to keep yourself from seeing spoilers of who’s pulling who for chats, if there’s been any snogging yet, or who’s been mugged off, you can actually start to catch up as of July 12.

Where to watch Love Island UK Season 7 in the U.S.

Hulu released the first episode of Season Seven at 3 a.m. ET Monday, and has episodes two, three, and four set to drop Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 3 a.m. ET as well. Watching at this rate means you’ll be two weeks behind on the action and will still have to mute the Love Island Instagram page to avoid seeing who gets dumped, but it’s better than having to wait until the season’s over to get to watch.

How to watch Love Island UK live

Don’t want to watch each episode two weeks after it originally aired? We don’t blame you. There is a way to watch Love Island live through the ITV Hub. You’ll just need a VPN if you’re in the U.S. A VPN allows you to hide your real location and get access to content that’s only available in other countries. So, you can connect to a server in the UK and unblock Love Island and watch episodes on their actual air dates. The ITV Hub is free to sign up for, but you will need to enter a UK post code. We recommend just looking one up on Google.

If you don’t know anything about VPNs and which one is best, that’s OK — we do. The best VPN for watching Love Island is ExpressVPN because it’s secure and gives you a reliable connection to UK servers. It’s also available to use across different devices like your phone, tablet, or computer.

NordVPN is highly rated by our friends over at PCMag for its protection and privacy features, and it also has servers in the UK that you can securely connect to in order to stream Love Island. Now get your grafting boots on and start watching a new batch of islanders couple up.

ExpressVPN — starting at $8.32 per month
