TL;DR

  • A phone believed to be the Redmi 10 has passed through the FCC.
  • The listing sheds light on the phone’s wireless specs, configs, and OS.

Xiaomi is set to launch several devices in the coming months, including a new foldable and the Redmi Note 10T 5G in India. Now, new details of its bread and butter Redmi series have arrived. A phone believed to be the Xiaomi Redmi 10 has passed through the FCC spilling secrets in the process (h/t MySmartPrice).

The phone, which bears the model number 21061119AG, packs dual-SIM slots with LTE support, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.1 LE. It also runs on MIUI 12.5 and comes in three RAM/storage configs. This includes 4GB/16GB, 4GB/128GB, and 6GB/128GB models.

The listing doesn’t shed details on the phone’s design, chipset, or battery capacity, but if it’s a direct successor of the Redmi 9, expect modest specs. The Redmi 9 featured a 6.53-inch 2,340 x 1,080 display, a MediaTek Helio G80, a quad rear camera array, and a hefty 5,020mAh battery. We expect Xiaomi to stick with a similar focus on value going forward, with a price below the $250 mark.

There’s no word on when the rumored Redmi 10 will debut. Judging by its arrival at the FCC, it could be fairly soon.
