Actually, I think you have a point, at least for the short term. Many PC’s are still running there games from old mechanical drives, so even the cheaper model should manage. Though in 6-12 months, partially due to the new consoles, NVMe SSD, or at the very least SATA SSD, will become mandatory for newer games. At that point you may need to upgrade the storage, if that turns out to be possible.
