Similar to the model above, the this Instant Vortex model can air fry, roast, broil, bake, reheat or dehydrate, allows you to watch your food while it’s cooking, and features six programmable one-touch settings. It doesn’t have built-in air filters, but it is $20 cheaper, so take your pick.

Why we like it
If you’ve always wanted to buy a fancy Dutch oven but weren’t sure how to use it, the Instant Pot Precision Dutch Oven takes all the guesswork out of cooking.
