I’m absolutely positive that on a Monday after a holiday weekend, there is absolutely no need for me to extol the virtues of a wonderfully easy-to-make cup of coffee.
The bright spot of this particular Monday is that it’s Cyber Monday, and one of the many great finds out there is a Keurig K-Compact coffee maker going for just $39 as of Nov. 29. That’s right — Walmart saw your need to fuel your caffeine addiction on a budget and said, “No problem, babe,” for their final hurrah of this shopping holiday weekend. Just don’t get too excited about potential color options — this deal only applies to the black model.
Everyone knows that Keurigs are one of the best ways to get a quick and convenient cup of coffee, but the K-Compact gets some extra points for taking up minimal counter space without sacrificing functionality. Though it’s smaller, it still holds 36 ounces of water in its reservoir, and can make six, eight, or 10-ounce cups of coffee. Just remove the drip tray if you want to use a taller travel mug.
Like other Keurigs, it makes a fresh cup of joe nice and quick — we’re talking in a minute or less — and has an easy to use button interface. If you’re interested in keeping your morning brew a bit more eco-friendly, you’ll be glad to know it does take reusable K-Cups.
