Welcome to a brand new year! We may only be a few days into 2022, but it’s never too early to start making plans for your streaming services and schedule. This year has some pretty massive releases in terms of genre TV–whether you’re a fan of big shared universe franchises like the MCU and Star Wars or are more cautiously optimistic for adaptations from video games and novels. There’s something here for everyone.
We’ve got some right around the corner–HBOMax’s Suicide Squad spin-off Peacemaker is premiering next week–and some that are still a ways away (sorry, Lord of the Rings fans).
