Save 20%: Need help catching some Zs? The Bose Sleepbuds II are on sale for $199 at Amazon, down $50 from their usual $249, as of Jan. 6.

Here’s a fact that’s pretty much irrefutable: Getting a good night’s sleep is really important. But finding that good night’s sleep — whether it’s because you live in a noisy city, sleep next to someone that snores, or simply have a brain that won’t stop whirring once you close your eyes — can be difficult.

As of Jan. 6, you can grab a pair of the Bose Sleepbuds II, which are earbuds specially designed for sleep and sleep alone, on sale for $199 at Amazon. You can also pick them up for this discounted price at Best Buy and Bose’s website, but maybe you want that Prime shipping so you can sleeping soundly as soon as humanly possible.

Though Bose is well-known for its domination when it comes to noise-canceling headphones, these buds actually use no active noise cancellation to drown out world around you. Instead, they play your choice of relaxing and noise-blocking ambient sounds from the Bose sleep app. You can also set a personal alarm, so your early mornings don’t have to wake your partner or other household members up.

If you’re a fan of falling asleep to podcasts or music, you probably want to stick to a normal pair of buds — since these are sleepbuds and not headphones, the only sounds they will play are those from the Bose sleep app. However, since they are sleepbuds, they are designed to be worn comfortably all night, and have a 10-hour battery life, so there’s no danger of losing your ambient sounds or missing your alarm in the morning.

For a pair of earbuds you’ll only use for sleep, the price (even on sale) is a little steep. But if investing in a new mattress and pillows hasn’t helped you get your rest, it might be worth checking out.
