TL;DR: As of Jan. 16, you can get a refurbished Apple MacBook Air 13.3″ Core i5 for just $368. A new one costs $1,499, so you’re saving 75%.

A few hundred bucks isn’t typically going to get you much in the Apple universe. Keeping up with the latest gadgets might be burning a hole in your wallet. A new computer or new phone is going to cost you well into the thousand-dollar range. Unless, of course, that computer is only new to you. A refurbished MacBook Air, for example, can get you many of the Apple features you’ve come to know and love for only a fraction of the typical price.

This refurbished MacBook Air from 2014, though not brand new, still packs a core i5 1.4GHz processor, 4GB RAM, and 128GM SSD, which is plenty of power and storage for the everyday computer user. It also features a 13.3-inch widescreen TFT LED glossy display with a backlit, full-sized keyboard, 720p FaceTime HD webcam, and standard Bluetooth 4.0. Even better, because it’s an older model, it still packs two handy USB ports, an SD card slot, and a Thunderbolt port.

This laptop earned a “B” rating during the refurbished process, which means it may have some light scuffs or scratches on the body, but the inner workings are up to par. Its battery life is still top-notch, topping out at 12 hours before needing a charge. The MacBook Air has gone through many changes since 2014, but ultimately, the older model still holds up eight years later. And the fact that it’s only a quarter of the original cost makes it hard to look the other way.

Regularly $1,499, you can grab this new-to-you (a.k.a., refurbished) MacBook Air for only $368 for a limited time. For comparison purposes, that’s less than an Apple Watch Series 7 or a pair of AirPods Max.
