Another sleeper hit from Great Jones is the Dutchess Dutch Oven, which comes in eight different playful colors, including this bright mustard yellow. It’s 6.75 quarts (roomy enough for a big batch of stew) and has an enameled inner coating that’s surprisingly nonstick and easy to clean. It can actually be washed in the dishwasher, unlike most dutch ovens, but Great Jones recommends hand drying thoroughly to protect the outer cast iron.
