TL;DR

  • OnePlus 10 Pro is expected to launch outside of China in mid-March.
  • The specs of the phone could be slightly different when it launches globally.
  • It might also not get OnePlus’ new unified OS at launch.

You might not have to wait much longer to get your hands on OnePlus’ first flagship of the year — the OnePlus 10 Pro. The phone is only available in China right now, but a new leak may have just given us its global launch date.

According to tipster Yogesh Brar and 91Mobiles, the OnePlus 10 Pro could launch in India next month, specifically March 15 or March 16.

OnePlus is expected to announce the exact release date of the OnePlus 10 Pro during its upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 2 launch on February 17. It’s highly likely that this mid-March launch timeline for the OnePlus flagship also pertains to other markets like the US and UK.

Further, the leak suggests that the OnePlus 10 Pro would go on sale in India around the third week of March.

OnePlus 10 Pro specs

The OnePlus 10 Pro in China boasts premium specs including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, a 6.7-inch 120Hz QHD+ display, a 5,000mAh battery, 80W charging, and a 48MP + 50MP + 8MP camera setup. However, the global variant could see some differences.

A company representative previously confirmed that the 10 Pro may have “slight changes in select specs depending on regional availability.”

In terms of software, the phone will likely feature Oxygen OS 12 at launch, even though OnePlus had previously implied that the device would ship with its new unified OS.
