This sleek black and stainless steel air fryer from Gourmia cooks food with circulated heated air rather than oil. Its eight-quart capacity offers a space large enough for a whole chicken, a whole pizza, or pounds of finger foods within its non-stick, dishwasher safe basket and crisper tray.
Once you pop in your food, there are a dozen one-touch cooking function presets to choose from, including air fry, roast, bake, dehydrate, and more. There’s also an optional preheat mode that prompts you when to add food, and an optional turn food reminder that lets you know when it’s halfway through your cook time.
