Save $25: As of Nov. 18, the PS5 DualSense wireless controller(opens in a new tab) is on sale for $49 at Amazon. That’s a discount of 33%.

Sony’s long-awaited God of War: Ragnarok was released earlier this month to rave reviews, and if you were fortunate enough to claim the PS5 console during limited sales, then this game will definitely be on your radar. Unfortunately, while PS4 games can be played on the PS5 with earlier gamepads, you will need the DualSense controller to play the latest PS5 titles on this console. If you are looking to invest in some upcoming games such as Marvel’s Wolverine and Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you can take your gaming experience to another level with this controller.

The DualSense wireless controller is down to $49(opens in a new tab) from its original price of $74.99 at Amazon, making it the lowest-ever price on this gaming accessory. The cosmic red, galactic purple, nova pink, and gray camouflage-colored controllers are offered for this deal, with the starlight blue gamepad in the same series priced at 99 cents more. The white and midnight black pads are also on sale at this price, though they have a lower MSRP of $69.99.

The DualSense has a more balanced and ergonomic design than the DualShock series of gamepads, as well as better audio technology, according to a review by Mashable’s Adam Rosenberg. It also has features such as haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, which can give games a more real-world feel. Whether you’re swinging from one building to another as Spiderman or you’re shooting enemies down as Nathan Drake in the Uncharted series, the vibrations of the controller bring your gaming action alive.

Thanks to the built-in microphone and the 3.5mm slot to plug in your headphones, you can coordinate your gameplay with teammates. You can also capture some of your high scores and other favorite moments with the ‘Create’ button, making this a useful option for content specialists.

Grab this gamepad today if you wish to feel the actual might of Thor’s hammer against Kratos’ axe.
