In April 2020, our biggest worry was naturally the threat of COVID-19. However, for Sick‘s protagonists Parker (Gideon Adlon) and Miri (Bethlehem Million), their biggest worry is COVID — and murder.
The two decide to quarantine together in a lake house and make the most of isolation. But while their house’s remote location may help protect them from the spread of the virus, it certainly doesn’t help when a hooded slasher accosts them. The trailer promises bloody thrills, tense chase sequences, and much discussion of mask safety.
