If this is your first Switch, or you want to make sure you have the best-looking screen the console has on offer, the OLED version is certainly the way to go. Mashable reviewer Adam Rosenberg praised its larger 7-inch display with a “sharper picture and a more vibrant palette of colors” in his review, awarding the console 4 out of 5 stars.
The Switch OLED is a nice leg up on the base model, and if you’re interested in playing your new games in handheld mode, this should make a great buy given that you can also dock it for TV play.
