Nice hustle, everyone: It took less than a week for Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe to go on sale for the first time.
Nintendo‘s new Switch remake of the 2011 Wii platformer (released Friday, Feb. 24) just dipped down to $55.70 on Amazon(Opens in a new tab), which takes a little over $4 off its suggested retail price of $59.99. It already sold out at Walmart(Opens in a new tab) at the same price, so we’d suggest taking advantage of this deal sooner rather than later. (If it’s anything like Kirby and the Forgotten Land, the previous mainline title in the pink puffball’s series, this will be one of the only discounts(Opens in a new tab) the game gets until the holiday season(Opens in a new tab).)
The Switch port of Dream Land expands upon the original Wii version with graphic updates, an epilogue campaign, and a slew of new subgames and powers. That includes some new Mecha, Sand, and Festival Copy Abilities that make the Kirbster capable of shooting lasers, throwing sandblasts, and freezing time (respectively) after inhaling certain enemies.
