Defiance was actually before this it was tied in to a syfy series. Was a multi-player game.
It was a tie-in to the Syfy show of the same name. The game was released in April 2013 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360
Fun fact this is also the game that wanted to do cross platform. And ms said f that the 360 wasn’t allowed. Then they cry about it some years later.

My guess it’s cause ms was actually doing good then Xbox one came around got squashed and ms went right for that sympathy card.
