How many times have MS re-designed this over the last few years? They should cut their losses with the Metro-style UI and just make something simple and functional.
The PS5 (and especially the PS4 which was more customisable) are perfect examples where not being flashy is better for the user. Just give me quick access to games and apps I use and stick everything else in a menu.
