That’s exactly why the guy is against it, it will take people’s jobs for certain tasks, maybe not everything. But it seems to be the common reason from those who rubbish it. And if some want to waste time instead of having their productivity greatly enhanced by AI tools in certain areas then that’s their choice.
And for those who think an AI can’t be like a person in a robot body, It’s coming, even John Carmack thinks so.
