Johnny writes “From that first announcement trailer, the tone was already set. Diablo returns to his dark roots and the demonic Lilith is going to put the heat on us. During the betas, we were concerned about server issues and lousy performance. Thanks to the very successful Server Slam weekend, we have seen that (hopefully) we don’t have to expect a repeat of the Diablo III ‘Error 37’ nightmare. Diablo IV combines the best the series has to offer. It contains decades of formula refinement, the space to experiment endlessly and it is bursting with content. Audiovisually, it is a pleasure to watch and listen to. The game runs like a charm and manages to exceed the high expectations. Diablo IV therefore has us firmly in its addictive, demonic grip.”
