Sonic Superstars brings Sonic back to his 2D roots with a 2.5D side scrolling platform game. The title lets players control one of four characters, Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles “Tails” Prower, Knuckles the Echidna, and Amy Rose. For Sonic Superstars, even sonic co-creator Naoto Ohshima has returned to design a brand new villain. Sonic Superstars releases to Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC late 2023.
