they probably do not disclose important information with those companies either… when sony developed the ps4 and ps5 they asked publishers and devs about many things and let them help with the developing of those consoles, controllers etc so they had a better platform and a easier way to work and understand the console, guess activision is out of the picture for that, they will probably provide enough information for them to make the game but most likely wont give them full details about their console and its features, they will get the developer kits when they are on stone and i mean when there is no way for sony to really change stuff around the system, btw MS probably do the same its business after all
