What merger, I thought it was a buyout wtf.
Anyway, not surprised to hear that. No wonder Kotick wants that deal to happen. It’s that company where the CEO only makes about 300 times as much as the lowest paid employee, when the CEO’s “work” is so demanding that he has plenty of time to sit at the boards of a half-dozen other companies, and his employees have to resort to using the freely given coffee and sugar to fight hunger because they’re so poor they don’t even eat to repletion.
But questionable morality isn’t a part of the equation here I assume…
