VGChartz’s Lee Mehr: “Like a late-night radio show, Killer Frequency is only as good as its colorful cast and scenarios. Fortunately, it has those in spades. While still falling into the narrative adventure/walking sim phylum, with most of those trappings in tow, Team 17 captures a mechanical nuance that syncs design and story into a hermetically-sealed package. Each individual element – setting, theme, concept, premise, etc. – feels carefully considered for its ultimate goal. There are some era-specific contrivances to make this radio show work, but it’s worth the night of neon-drenched murder invading this sleepy town.”
