I mean, here’s the situation: Baldur’s Gate co-op works on Xbox Series X, it DOES NOT work on Xbox Series S. Because of this stupid parity bulls*t the users of an Xbox Series X are going to miss out on a game that works as intended on their machine, but doesn’t on some lower spec machine that requires all games to work on both machines or they don’t get released at all.
Now, you tell me, what debate is there to NOT drop the parity clause?
Everyone can argue the Series S doesn’t hold games back for this gen, but what in the ever-loving hell is the hold up with the Series S and this game then? This is clearly holding a game back from being released on the higher end Xbox that absolutely runs it as is. How is the S not responsible for this?
I’ll put it this way, if The S didn’t exist, this absolutely would not be an issue.
