Samsung just won’t let the tech world rest for a few days.

The Korean tech giant confirmed on Tuesday that the next edition of its Galaxy Unpacked event reveal series will take place on Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET. This year, the event will take place in San Jose. It can be streamed on Samsung’s YouTube channel.

Samsung Galaxy S24: Every single thing we know so far

Yes, that is just a week after the annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

Gripes about proximity to other major tech events aside, it’s widely expected that this is where we’ll see the new Samsung Galaxy S24 line of smartphones. Samsung always launches its flagship phones this time of year. We don’t quite know what to expect from the S24 beyond camera improvements and perhaps some small design changes, but rumor has it there will be lots of AI features on the new phone, a la the Google Pixel 8.

Hopefully everyone who attends CES can get plenty of sleep in the week between that and Galaxy Unpacked.
