FREE $20 E-GIFT CARD: As of Feb. 8, get a $10 e-Gift Card when you pre-order ‘Skull and Bones’ at Best Buy for Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5.

Have you ever wanted to be a pirate? Do you annoy everyone you know during Talk Like a Pirate Day with “arrrrs” all day long? You too can sail the high seas by plunking down some of that hard-earned cash of yours for Ubisoft’s upcoming Skull and Bones. If you’ve had your eye on this game that’s been promising to give you an adventure set in the golden age of piracy since, uh, 2017, rejoice! The open beta is going on right now from Feb. 8 through Feb. 11, so you can jump in and try it with all your friends (mateys?). If you end up liking it, you can also save a bit of cash on it right now by shopping at Best Buy.

As of Feb. 8, you can get a free $10 e-Gift Card when you pre-order Skull and Bones on either Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5 at Best Buy. The game is $69.99 on both consoles, so you’ll effectively be getting it for $10 less. The gift card will be added to your cart automatically and will be emailed to you after Skull and Bones releases on Feb. 16. Of course, you’ll have to spend that $10 at Best Buy, but you can always put it toward another game pre-order if you’d like.

Skull and Bones lets you sail to the heart of the Indian Ocean to seek fortune and fame as a pirate. You can go it alone or team up with other players to explore the land, clash in naval battles, and more, all with your own customizable pirate and pirate ship. Though it’s been delayed multiple times since its original announcement, it looks like it’s finally going to be hitting retail shelves. So if Sea of Thieves hasn’t been scratching that pirate itch for you, this more realistic iteration on the pirate’s life just might. Check it out and snag that extra $10 while you still can.
