Disney Dreamlight Valley is a cozy game that’s all about decorating a beautiful valley to your heart’s content, collecting materials to build tons of unique and creative items, and helping its residents–beloved Disney characters–with a variety of tasks to help them feel at home. But if you’ve ever pulled out your camera to snap a picture for the weekly DreamSnaps event, you probably know that you can spend just as much time getting the perfect shot as you do completing other things around your valley.
Getting those great shots in the weekly DreamSnaps event is worth the effort, though, as better shots mean potentially many more votes from other players, and more votes mean more rewards. By scoring a ton of votes, you’ll not only improve how many Moonstones you earn for your submission, but you’ll also receive more Pixel Dust. This unique currency fills up a meter in the DreamSnaps event tab and earns you exclusive rewards for each new level, making it a vital component of collecting everything the game has to find.
As of right now, you can increase your Pixel Dust level to 10, but there’s a good chance a future update will add additional rewards for dedicated DreamSnaps participants who want something to keep striving for. Since you start at level 1, those ten levels amount to nine total rewards that can be earned, including big chunks of Moonstones, some unique clothing and motifs, and even a special trophy you can show off somewhere in your valley upon reaching the final level.
