It’s satire. Unfortunately, it’s lost on some people. The Boys is satire but didn’t face backlash until season 3 when a certain demographic suddenly realized they were one of the targets of the satire and then lost their minds.
Media literacy is needed. But it’s easy with Starship Troopers the movie, it’s menipean. But the book? It’s juvenalian satire, like Fight Club.
