HPP: “While there are genuine moments of excitement and mystery to be found in Alone in the Dark, they simply aren’t enough to offset the mountain of issues that plague the game, at least in its current state. With clunky and unsatisfying combat and more bugs than an Ekbom Syndrome convention, Alone in the Dark is a game that’s best left in the shadows—at least until some serious updates have been done to sort out its most glaring issues.”
