Dave the Diver was one of the best indies of 2023, merging quirky humor with an engaging story about deep sea exploration. Its free Godzilla DLC launched today, thrusting the goateed-diver back into the spotlight. And if you’re a fan of the game, you might want to consider checking out these adorable Dave the Diver plushies, which are now up for preorder ahead of their November 27 release.

$30

Two Dave the Diver plushies are launching later this year. The first is for the eponymous diver, featuring Dave in his iconic wetsuit, complete with an oxygen tank on his back and flippers on his feet. The plush is pretty sizable at 6.7 inches tall and is composed of premium cotton and polyester materials. You’ll also find a Bancho plush up for grabs, which clocks in at the same height and is constructed from the same materials.

Both products are sold and shipped by Amazon, with free delivery included for Prime members. Note that while the plushies launch on November 27, most locations will get them two days later on November 29.

$40

If you haven’t yet played Dave the Diver, now is a good time to check it out. While the digital versions of Dave the Diver is available on PC and consoles now, you’ll also find a physical Switch edition up for preorder at Amazon. This Switch-exclusive physical release costs $40 (which is twice as much as the digital edition), but comes with a bunch of extra in-game cosmetic items.

You can also snag the Steam version of the game for just $12.89 at Green Man Gaming when using promo code BDAY14, and then you can download the Dave the Diver x Godzilla collaboration DLC for free. The pack lets you collect a variety of monster figures, battle giant new creatures with your submarine, and offers a hilarious new story to unravel.

If you plan to play the Gozilla content, you’ll definitely want to grab the game soon since the DLC is only available until November 23, at which point it’ll disappear for good. PlayStation and Switch players can add the Godzilla content to their libraries for free even if they don’t own Dave the Diver yet, but PC players must own the game on Steam in order to claim the DLC, making Green Man Gaming’s deal all the more enticing.
