Naw… the mission was truly frustrating and it made folks feel like not playing because it was so broken in its difficulty. It really felt like they didn’t want people to play the game… this lead to the biggest dip in players until they fixed it.
People want to play games because they are fun. They completely removed the fun factor from that mission and then if you beat it, you still got a mission failed.
Broken isn’t fun. I completely understand the reaction.
