If I was an exec at Xbox, I would have given them every IP.
Because I would know the chances are high we’d do nothing with those IPs soon.
But if they would, which would have been likely, we could then sign a timed-exclusive deal for Evil Within 3, them returning the favor of us having allowed a complete transition.
It can only be benificial to have 3rd parties out there sharing favors with.
But that’s just stupid non-Xbox exec me speaking here. They know better.
