Lego Teases New Series Of Preschooler And Duplo Sets Based On Bluey

Bluey has collected tons of accolades over the years, including the TCA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Children’s Programming. The Australian animated show is extremely popular for viewers young and old, and later this year, Bluey and her family are getting their first official Lego sets. Specifics are yet to be revealed, but it has been confirmed that six Lego Bluey sets are arriving in 2025.

The Lego Bluey lineup will span both the Lego 4+ and Duplo categories, making them smaller sets aimed at young builders. Duplo sets typically feature a few dozen large pieces to assemble, while Lego’s Preschooler sets often have around 100 pieces each.

You can expect the Bluey Lego and Duplo playsets to feature Bluey, Bingo, Bandit (Dad), and Chilli (Mom) as well as accessories that reference episodes of the show. Lego says the six sets will be revealed this spring and will give kids a chance to recreate scenes from the hit show.

Bluey was last year’s most-watched series globally on Disney+, making it nothing short of a cultural phenomenon. A partnership with Lego seems like a perfect fit–though we still have a long wait ahead of us before seeing Lego Bluey on store shelves. Until then, there are plenty of ways to stay busy.

Unsurprisingly, there are lots of Bluey toys on store shelves already. The Tile Town Bluey Heeler Home & 4WD Vehicle Construction Set is the most similar to the upcoming Lego sets, allowing you to piece together a 3D model of the Heeler’s home and all four main characters with magnetic pieces. There’s also a 2D (flat) magnetic playset for just $18 and a Bluey Spirograph Cyclex Set for $30, which is a great way for kids to get creative.

As for currently available Lego products, the family-friendly Monkey Palace: Lego Board Game is a great option, as it has players working together to rebuild the towering Monkey Palace while also competing to earn the most Banana Points. It’s currently on sale for only $26 (was $40), so give it a look if you want a fun way to get through the cold winter.

If you’re looking for Duplo sets, Bluey isn’t the first children’s programming phenomenon to receive its own series of building sets. Last year, Lego launched a Duplo series featuring Peppa Pig.

A slew of new Lego sets were also launched this month. If you’re itching to build some Lego sets this month, check out our roundups of all the new Lego collaborations below.
