Sonos products really do hit the mark when it comes to great design, excellent audio quality and fantastic features. The Sonos Ace was the company’s first pair of premium headphones, and for the most part, the brand did a superb job. In fact, there wasn’t much to really complain about in our review of the Sonos Ace, with one of the biggest complaints being the $450 price tag.

Of course, that didn’t stop us from awarding it an 8.5 out of 10, praising its wonderful audio quality, brilliant ANC, great design, and long battery life. If you’ve been eyeing these for a while, we have some good news here, as the Sonos Ace are now being discounted by different retailers, with a promotion that knocks $100 off its usual price, coming in at $350.
What’s great about the Sonos Ace headphones?
As stated above, there’s really not much to complain about when it comes to the Sonos Ace. You get a design that is modern, with excellent audio and ANC. It’s also comfortable to wear for long hours thanks to its memory foam cushions, and works well with most devices and particularly other Sonos products.
You also get perks like support for lossless and spatial audio, along with fantastic battery life with up to 30 hours of use when ANC is enabled. If you’re in a bit of a tight spot and forgot to charge the headphones, there are no worries here, as a three-minute quick charge will provide three hours of use.
There are also tactile controls on the headphones that make it easy to control your music or hang up or pick up calls when you need to. And if you have a Sonos soundbar at home, you can easily transfer the audio from the sound bar to the headphones without any fuss. Sonos has also ensured that your voice can be heard in fantastic form when on voice calls as well.
You also get ease of use as well, with the headphones allowing users to connect to up to two devices at once, so you can swap between devices without having to pair and unpair. And while wireless is the preferred way to connect to devices, you can also connect using a USB-C or 3.5mm audio jack as well.
For the most part, you can’t go wrong with these pair of headphones. The Sonos Ace are really that good, and are now down to their lowest price at $100 off. For those that are unsure, we urge you to take a look at some other great headphone recommendations. But the Sonos Ace are some of the best, and at this price we think that it’s a no-brainer.
