True it’s an improvement but they did have to work with what they had and that was a ultra janky port of a mobile game thrown together by like 4 people per game.
Seriously in the old version after completing vice city I saw Grove St employees were listed and there was only 4 people in it there’s bigger teams out there working on homebrew games.
