There are a lot of game controllers to choose from if you’re looking to take your mobile experience to the next level. But one that we really love is the Razer Kishi V2. It’s light, compact, and feature-packed, while also being compatible with a number of phones on the market.

Razer Kishi V2 review: Micro switches make all the difference

Razer’s managed to improve one of Android’s best controllers

But our main complaint about this device was that it was expensive, coming in with a retail price of $100. Luckily, we’re now seeing a solid deal that knocks half off, dropping it down to just $50 for a limited time. So if you’ve been thinking about buying a controller, now’s going to be a great time.

What’s great about the Razer Kishi V2 controller?

The Razer Kishi V2 controller really does deliver an experience that changes your gaming experience. You get a set of analog joysticks, buttons, triggers, and shoulder buttons. Basically what you’d find on other similar devices. But what puts the Kishi V2 over its competitors is that is has micro-switches that sit under the buttons and D-pad that feel quite good and are extremely responsive.

In addition, you also get nice attention to details like passthrough charging, along with special adapters that can make any phone feel secure and connected. While the plastic build might not appeal to everyone, it does provide an excellent balance, making the device durable and lightweight. For the most part, this is a superb device, and if you’re a frequent gamer, you should pick this up.

For the time being, you can score a hefty discount on the Kishi V2 as it drops to just $50. Or if you’re still on the fence, we can also recommend the Backbone One that’s now just $70. Of course, you can also check out our other controller recommendations as well.
