US Mobile ditches data caps with new truly unlimited and budget-friendly plans

US Mobile is one of our favorite prepaid carriers, offering impressive service at an affordable price. What makes US Mobile unique from other carriers is that it utilizes multiple carriers in order to deliver the best experience. If this sounds familiar, it’s because Google Fi used to provide this same type of feature when it first launched, but has since ditched it.

As far as changes on US Mobile, the brand is sharing that its Unlimited Premium plan is being refreshed, along with its Unlimited Starter plan. Both plans will now offer truly unlimited data, which means no data caps or throttling after reaching a certain amount. This only applies to data used with the primary device, and doesn’t include hotspot data.

The Unlimited Premium plan will also throw in more international data as well, with up to 20GB. Of course, the limits are slightly different depending on the connection you’ll be utilizing, with US Mobile offering up to three different carriers within its service. There are also a bunch of smaller changes to the Unlimited Starter plan, so we recommend checking out all the details of what’s available if you’re interested.

For the most part, you really can’t go wrong here with US Mobile, with plans starting at just $17.50/month. The new Unlimited Premium plan will cost $32.50/month, while the Unlimited Starter will come in at $22.50/month. These are all annual pricing, so if you choose to go monthly, you’ll be looking at paying a little more.

In addition to the above, US Mobile also offers a free line of service when you sign up for one, which is great if you’ve been looking to switch from another carrier. Just port in both numbers, and US Mobile will provide an additional line of service at no extra charge. This promotion only lasts until the end of the month so you’ll want to be quick.
