Battery

4700mAh

The Galaxy S24 Fan Edition brings the Galaxy S24 experience at a more affordable price point. It packs everything you can ask for in a mid-ranger, including a 6.7-inch display, all-day battery life, and competent cameras. The phone launched always felt expensive at its original MSRP, but a $150 discount makes it a lot more tempting.

Samsung’s FE series phones used to be the ones that people would wait for, offering the best mix when it came to design, performance, and price. That hasn’t been the case over the past few years, with recent models seeing a price increase, providing less bang for the buck. That’s not to even mention that competition has become fiercer for premium mid-range phones.

Review: The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is one step away from greatness

It faces stiff competition

However, if you can grab Samsung’s Galaxy S24 FE for a discounted price, we do recommend it. For a limited time, you can score this phone from major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Samsung with a good discount, knocking $75 off the usual retail price, bringing it down to just $525. If you’ve been on the lookout for a new phone, this is one worth taking a look at.

What’s great about the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE?

When we reviewed the Galaxy S24 FE, we liked it. Not only does it have a stylish design, but it also comes with some solid components, like a beautiful AMOLED screen, powerful performance, and improved cameras from the previous model. As far as the details go, you’re looking at a 6.7-inch screen, Samsung’s Exynos 2400e chip with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

You get a trio of cameras on the rear with a 50MP main sensor, 12MP ultrawide, and 8MP telephoto. The phone also supports wired and wireless charging, and you’ll get all-day use thanks to its 4700mAh battery. It has an IP68 rating, which means the phone can handle even the worst conditions, with plenty of protection from dust and moisture.

Overall, you’re getting a wonderful experience with this phone, delivering where it matters most. Perhaps what takes it over the top is Samsung’s commitment to support the phone for the next seven years. And now that it’s cheaper, at just $525, it makes it a compelling phone to consider if you’re looking to buy one right now.
