I’m not going to pretend that I know a lot about Labubu. In fact, I had to ask my wife what these things were when I stumbled upon this promotion. She reliably informed me that they are like Furbies with teeth, and they are sold in blind boxes. I also didn’t know what a blind box was, but at this point I was afraid to ask too many questions and come across as an absolute dinosaur.
But what I do know is that Labubu is popular. Seriously popular.

And that’s why it’s my duty to inform you that Steak ‘n Shake to set to give away over 100,000 Labubu from Aug. 4. Full details have yet to be released, but the promotion is expected to be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, or through a limited in-store offer. That’s all we know at this stage, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled for more news when it drops.
This has to be one of the weirdest promotions we’ve ever attempted to amplify. It doesn’t make a great deal of sense and details aren’t clear, but this is Labubu we’re talking about. I don’t get it but you probably do!
